Grace & Mercy Services, LLC is based in Maricopa County, Arizona. We are a Care Giving Company with qualified and dedicated staff who provide exceptional services by treating each client with dignity and love. The services that we offer come with respect and mercy for our clients. We treat our clients like we would want to be treated. We are committed to providing Home and Community based services to qualified clients. Our Agency is licensed and approved by the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and registered with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).
Grace and Mercy Services ensures compliance with all state and division rules, regulations, and guidelines while providing home and community-based services, including developmental home services. Qualified clients are referred to Grace & Mercy Services by the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities. Our experienced and well-trained employees provide social and human services with compassion, patience, dignity, and a high level of professionalism. Grace & Mercy Services was established in 2015 and started business operations in 2016.
Our values are founded on Christian beliefs, we however, do not impose our beliefs on our staff, qualified clients, or client’s family members. We are very passionate about the overall well-being of our clients, that’s why we provide unconditional care with utmost dignity for all clients, regardless of condition or behavior.

Our Owners
Grace & Mercy Services, LLC is owned by Jonathan and Victoria Labija. Our director, Mrs. Labija, has more than 10 years of experience in leadership, business management and ownership, non-profit organization administration, and more than 15 years of experience working in the financial industry as a financial officer. With the high level of leadership experience that they both have acquired over the years through Church leadership and service, they continue to make a great impact of love, compassion, positivity, grace, and mercy in the lives of clients with developmental disabilities.
